Anger management is a trash

When we call a emotion as anger.. it's coming from the situation around you as same as any other emotions. 
My personal experience is more we concern about doing the way we want, we get emotional with that, it may be Joyful, hatred or anger. As said by Sadhguru.... It only works against our self.
So there is nothing about with management of emotions. We have to look into ourselves how we are concern about things we do..
Mostly we get angry on our own deeds, but we show our emotions on others, so take a look on the point which your compulsive deeds getting your cause of anger.  When you noticing the points, you can make a distance with that.
Every emotions in life is good.. but it should not disturb others.
